Alfonso Becerril Lares left Nogales, Sonora, crossed the desert, and built a life rooted in one simple mission: bring real comfort to hardworking families. What started as a way to provide for his own home soon became a calling to serve others.

By day, Alfonso delivered mail under the sun. By night, he studied the emerging world of air conditioning — a technology that could turn unbearable heat into relief. Alongside his wife, Beatriz, he opened a small workshop repairing units, helping neighbors, and earning trust one job at a time. Their values were clear and non-negotiable: integrity, craftsmanship, and doing the job right. That promise became the foundation of what would be known across the region as Becerril Refrigeración.

From Mexicali to Chula Vista

As our family grew, so did the work. The Becerril name carried across borders and generations — from Baja California to Southern California — and became synonymous with reliability and respect.
